Cultivation and Harvest
The sustainably grown olives for Barbàra Extra Virgin Olive Oil are picked by hand and pressed within hours of harvesting, producing a flawless oil of intense flavor that has very low acidity (typically 0.1%). To preserve its aromatic integrity, the oil is unfiltered.
